The other day I was stuck in a text chat for 20 mins trying to explain that my DoorDash order was wrong. At one point she said "The name on this account is Andrew. I thought I was speaking to Anna." I was so fed up at that I just replied "Andrew is my old name. Anna is my new one." She said "Oh." Then "Did your mobile phone number change as well?"
