Thank you so much!!

Yeah I've been leaning that way on the designs lately but that is a little long. I think I was closer to 16 on the vypers. and half that on the speed printers but if you're on older i3's that could be correct. I print with .4 nozzles 10% infill 3 bottom top layers. 1 initial layer (slower printing) 2 walls. 30-45 on outer wall , 80 on the fills and inner wall 100 on travel speed.

I have a question, wich settings do you use to print these models? And wich nozzle? I'm currently using a 0.4 and every part lasts more than 24h to print 😒

I'm happy to make some faux doors ways to glue on, it is an excellent idea . Wall access was considered and it was an intentional choice on my part to leave it out. Doors leading to the battlements are also more ways into the keep. This keeps primary function is to serve as a last-stand fortification and secondarily to provide flanking strong point wall support(if it is used with walls). My point of view is that wasted time for the defender is also wasted time for the attacker, and they may not even know where to go. Granted if people are flying in, none of this matters.

Seem to me there is a boo-boo with this otherwise great looking keep. In case of invasion, when on the wall walkways, troop are unable to go from one side of the keep to the other rapidly. Presently, the have to go down via stairs or ladders down one side, cross to the other and go back up using more stairs of ladders. This is inefficient. It takes preciou time. I would expect the architect to put in doorways so the soldiers could cross from on side to the other. Now, I don't expect you to change the model, but maybe designing a glue-on portal that we can put on both sides.

Thanks for the action report! If you get a chance let me know where that mis-alignment was. Like mentioned, no big deal to snip but Commercial printers will need me to get that squared:)

Printed to level 4 so far and painted to level 3. All good except for one level had a mismatched indent that helps align. I just cut it off, so no biggy. I’ve printed some of the scatter with FDM, as I don’t currently have a resin model. Seems to be working well enough. Thanks and keep up the cool builds. This keep will probably take a few sessions to play through. 😁

Yeah I'll make more keeps, There will be smaller ones: )

Its big and i love it 😁 only selling as a merchant couldnt be easy cause to big. πŸ˜… but great work
