Cloudwing

I'd love to see them both turn into busty boys, with massive milkers. At least temporarily.~

Frazzy 626

Impregnated with a bunch of eggies that he ends up laying.

ardyTV

oooh, i love the idea of a huge, stretchable donut that gets wet and aroused like a pussy, or perhaps a donut that he could gape and stretch with no hands~

Kiing Darius

Im thinkin salandit gets so horny he becomes dominant and power bottoms, with the side effect of super low recover period + hyper sensitivity. So he's bouncing away on inteleon's dick and just hosing him down with repeat hyper orgasms

Vega Frith

It makes him grow a big puffy donut for an anus.

gnef

i like the idea!

some guy

he grows massive mommy milkers.

SamutyphAlfosno

Urethral becomes slightly bigger to help assist with the production rate, or make the them taste like purple, maybe a cock toung for adventurous kissing.

Stavo

Duplication, salandit becomes two. He is now so horny he might as well go fuck himself. Salandit used double team. It's super effective!

gnef

>this And hope to see condom related stuff!

Kinar

hnnng lizard take potion lizard get hypno eyes (very inclined to do anything)

Huge amount of precum and cum seems like the most logical!

Bagi117

Gives him a wet pussy

Richard Pryor

Higher body temperature, which leads to a more sweaty and smelly experience

Cosmiccocoa

Hard to speak very well :0

Stavo

Tongue lengthening, let it really hang and lick everything!

TuftyDoggo

Side effects are typically undesirable...so hmm makes it easier for them to orgasm? So premature ejaculation with shorter refractory period so they just keep bustin nuts ;)
