Dev Log #108 - The work continues!
🕑 Added 2025-02-07 22:00:06 +0000 UTCHi all! It feels like just a smidgen of time has passed since I last shared something with everyone! Welcome back to another weekly dev log, let's get into it!
Development update
With Alexis' side story development wrapping up just a few days ago, I'm back to developing the episode proper, following up with a new day (in-game, detailed below) of renders!
Unfortunately, the delay of the side story (due to a scene in the side story involving toilets requiring nearly an hour to fully render per image) means my current render queue is severely backed up, meaning lesser render progress this week for Episode 3, but this number should go up more starting next week!
With the zoo poll wrapping up in about 2 to 3 days from now (vote now if you haven't!), I'm setting up the scenes around the zoo, which will play a pivotal part in the main story as a prime location for Cara to find more clues (ahem, and also find herself in danger of her adventure being cut short)!
Of course, she's not alone and is working together with the twins and her foxy friend!
The zoo promises to be an exciting adventure all around and will be my main focus for the coming week!

Story: 100% done. No change from last week.
Renders: 27.5% done. Small increment due to side story development overshoot, now at 1756, which is 31 more than last week. No change from last week.
Dialogue: 25% done. No change from last week.
Game Playability: 25% done. No change from last week.

The development overshoot was not in the cards and has somewhat hampered the progress of the new episode, but I will be making up for lost ground in the coming week and continue to move the needle forward! I'm thankful for everyone's patience and I look forward to tabulating and sharing the results of the side story and animal vore poll in a few days from now!
