I can answer the Deer Hunter question, Shane. There is a lot of red tape when it comes to filming in certain locations and it's Hollywood so they go to the closest location that they are allowed. Great example is Christmas Vacation where they go looking for a Christmas tree and all of a sudden they're in the Rocky Mountains.
