New V-Streamer model/persona in the works!
🕑 Added 2020-12-04 20:08:02 +0000 UTCI think most of you know by now that I'm a v-streamer on Twitch [under my SFW name]
over the last couple of months, my avatar has got through a couple of changes- it started as a series of little stills I would put up on screen, like emotes! I then made my first 3D model in vroid; complete with scuffed bangs and a capture program that showed zero emotion lol. Finally, I made a much better model after practicing on a few of my friends and finding a program that captured expressions- I even learned how to edit the default blend shapes in unity to make more natural expressions! oh, and I have HANDS NOW!! :D
It's been a lot of fun and work learning about the different programs, but I've always felt so boring compared to big name V-tubers and V-streamers like Projekt Melody, Zentreya and Iron Mouse. It's been a real struggle trying to come up with a persona that I felt was original, but also fit me and my streaming personality.
I've made so many amazing friends through twitch and a few of them recently made a discord group chat and asked if we all wanted to make a cute V-streamer group of MONSTER GIRLS. Obviously the answer was yes! I knew Ididn't want to be something... common. I tend to really love succubus, demon and dragon designs- really anything with horns.
I finally decided on a monster girl and I've been working with an artist to get her designed and I really, REALLY can't wait to share it!! it'll still be a few more months before I can hire a 3D modeler [they all have full commissions right now o-o;; ] and probably at least a month after that before it's finished.. and then probably another month for me to hire someone to change the format to work with my streaming program so.. probably won't see her until sometime next year, but I'm still really excited to maybe finally have a v-tuber persona who doesn't feel super basic.
that's not to say the original "Ruby" model will be retired forever or anything- I love my ouija crop hoodie after all :>

Yay!!!! Monster girls? That just made my little goth heart so happy.
I was like "i need my V-tuber persona to radiate this energy please." LOL. I've honestly been having such a good time. it's so fun, i can just be myself and be silly and laugh with friends and make other people laugh and honestly.. it just feels good ;~ ;
