Hey Hackers! Here’s this weeks Gym video. Again, I cut my workout short. What can I say, when my appetite calls, I listen, to my gut and to you all. 🐷 I hit up the drive thru and grabbed a couple of burgers, some fries and a drink, before heading home for lunch and a protein shake.
