This feels more and more like Solas is one of these "Rulers of Nepholopolis" that the Marquis warned Kim are a mutual enemy of both her and the Aligeri. The Aligeri are after Kim's brain but Solas is after her cybernetic body. However, Bogan spoke with Fortuna the Broker about his issues with the strike and both Asmodea1 and Vonnie then suddenly Solas is moving to break up the two while suggesting this "entertainer" to deal with protests and now also with Kim and the Naglfar civilians.
