Personally, I haven't noticed any anomalies in my game with the default pocket. I encourage you to redownload the mod and then delete the localthumbcache.package file from your \Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 folder.

There is a problem with the blood bag in inventory. It still appears to be a default blood bag, but when you set it down, it appears as intended.
