It's kind of a toss-up! The Addiction has quite possibly my favorite format you've done just far with the intro to the rhythm section, BBB has some of my favorite content and focuses, and PPP has M o r e g a i n i n g AND the TF element! But! out of all of them, I'd say BBB. If The Addiction kept that same overstim focus throughout hands down my ADHD brain would be completely satieated
