[!] I encountered a problem

something else first, I'll start to put [!] in front of posts that I would say are announcements, updates, etc. I hope this makes my posts a bit more easy to navigate.
Now, to the main point of this post. I encountered a big problem in Studio regarding my characters which makes more or less roughly the last few months of work worthless. This is what I'm talking about here:
As you can see, the character lighting looks completely off, this looks soo bad. For context, the Light Strength of 1.00 is the standard. That's the strength I used in every single image I've taken in studio. There is absolutely no need to ever change the strength.
But for arguments sake, here is a version with the light strength at the minimum. The lowest option for light strength is 0.10. It doesn't go lower. It still looks really bad.
Why did this happen?
Few months ago, I tried to experiment and research a bit about character design and studio itself. I looked at other people's work, I chatted with other people that also use studio and I stumbled upon a rather specific "upgrade". Shaders. Now, in studio, you have Scene Settings and you can select 2 Shaders for colors. The easiest example would be you can select a shader that turns the image black and white while keeping the color red. I'm not talking about these shaders. I'm talking about Material Editor Shaders. Shaders on a more fundamental level for specific parts of characters and items. That's why for example the front hair part of the character above looks completely out of place. It's the only part with standard shaders.
Why didn't I notice it earlier?
That's the interesting part. Here is another image with the same character, same settings, same shaders, but a different map:
This is the reason why I didn't notice it earlier. It doesn't happen on every map, only some maps are affected. Coincidentally, those are also the maps I didn't need to use until it was too late. Now I need some of the affected maps.
How do I fix it?
This is the annoying part. I basically need to reset every shader for every character I created in the last few months. The problem here is, using a character as a preset and creating a new one from there also means you use the shaders associated with the preset character. I made quite a lot of characters after testing new shaders. I didn't expect to encounter such a massive and annoying problem.
Why did I even do this?
I always try to improve my character design and studio quality. Improving studio quality includes better shadows for example and the new shaders would exactly do that. They have way better and more accurate shadows in scenes. The downside however is that some maps have integrated lights and it doesn't work perfectly with the new shaders, resulting in these weird images.

take your time fixing the issues :) i also recommend learning more bout the programs you use for future reference in case something like this happens again with this program "which i don't know what it is :/" or any of the programs you use to make your charaters and storys :) better to learn about these issue early on so they don't impact your storys too much :/

Redoing my characters seems to be the fastest solution since I "only" need to load every character I made during the last few months and reset every single shader, that includes the eyes, eyelashes, skin, face, hair, front hair, every single piece of clothing for all clothing sets and so on

Well damn.. hope someone with more experience has a faster solution, than my idea..

The integrated lights are part of the map, I can't remove them. My only option would be to change to a completely different unaffected map for those scenes.

Did you check, if you can adjust/replace the scene integrated lights? Might be faster than redoing all characters.
