In Soviet Russia, Beaver awfully hard on Sally. What a country! Heh heh heh heh heh heh heh! Oh, you're damn right I remember those Yakov Smirnoff "In Soviet Russia" jokes from the 1980s, a sort of forerunner to Jeff Foxworthy's "you might be a redneck" jokes. I had his book, "America on Five Rubles a Day" as a lad. Great work on this naughty little comic of the show Nickelodeon passed on, "Horny Beavers." I still would like to hear Richard Steven Horvitz, who voiced Dagget AND Invader Zim [I Googled both to make sure], voice one of those beavers in the animated version of your work.
