Backbends
🕑 Added 2023-04-07 10:32:08 +0000 UTCBackbends stretch the front of the body and strengthen the back of the body. They are great for improving posture, activating the posterior chain, improving mobility in the spine, increasing breathing capacity and relieving upper and lower back pain.
Do you often feel lower back pain in backbends? Or do backbends make you nervous?

Actually I was referring to your biscuit. π I rarely drink tea and when I do I drink whatever I am given and am grateful. Iβm not sure what a biscuit is, doesnβt that mean cookie or a tiny cake or something?
Love a good tea and biscuit. What is your fav tea and biscuit
Awesome let me know how it goes
I can understand that. That is why it is important to make it from a point of strength
To be honest Rhyanna, back bends do make me nervous. I don't usually have problems with my back and want to keep it that way. But the same holds true for splits and handstands, Slow development of skills is my motto. But you still inspire me to try.
