I like to imagine every now and then (especially after games) Tobio gets really chill and kind of dopey from working so hard, so he's just happy and kind of tired and a lot friendlier and quieter than usual lol. (In time-skip at least) This only lasts for about 30 minutes before his energy comes back and he replays the game 100 times over in his brain while going for a run.
