Zaza

I can't wait for Korra to be connected to her past lives. FOREVER

E. H.

Sometimes, you gotta become a womanizer to learn not to behave like a womanizer. Probably.

Lindsay Mathieson

There were a number of fans that bitched about Raava being a retconn, but the show runners confirmed it was part of the backstory they developed for ATLA, they just didn't figure out a way to work it in that story.

Lindsay Mathieson

Yah, a distinctly unpleasant side of Bolin here - sexually harassing Ginger, even assault? Ignoring his friends when they need him, the swollen ego.

Dc Jerome

“He’s doing the fortnight emote” 🤣💀

David Fontes

Wan with the dragon learning the fire is the same dance Aang and zuko did in book fire thought I bring that up as a reminder from the last airbender when Aang and Zuko met the dragon masters.

Lindsay Mathieson

Oh wow!

Ron B

Did you notice the dance Wan did with the dragon is the same dance sequence Aang and Zuko had when they learned the history of firebending? 😁

William Roberts

These episodes bring to light what the Avatar is. The reincarnations of Wan are all Avatar’s of Raava. That’s why they are called The Avatar.

Rey's Got Plans

These episodes are the reason I can't hate Book 2, it's just too incredible. So glad you enjoyed it 😁

Yes!

Some neat details, before fusing with Raava, Wan could only use one element at a time and it would swap every time Raava went through him. Also the order that Wan learned the elements is the origin of the avatar cycle - fire, air, water, earth!

normalmighty

Best 2 parter across both avatar shows. Absolutely love the lore here!

KayJayO

I just realized something Is Wan played by Steven Yeun? Who plays Mark Grayson?

Whyrie

It’s so fascinating to see the beginning of the nations forming and the making of the dragon dance! These episodes are some of my favorite of the series! So glad you guys enjoyed them too🫶

Michael Doyle

omg watching Bridget get emotional when Wan was dying on the battlefield made me well up. I'm so glad you guys are enjoying the show, fun little tid bit Wan was voiced by Steven Yun from the walking dead and invincible I always thought he was the perfect choice

Landon DuVall

His most underrated role!

Brady Renfro

Fun fact: In episode 7, when they bring Korra in from the island the the woman that says "We found the avatar washed up on the shore" is the voice of tennis player Serena Williams! She is a huge fan of ATLA and TLOK. She also voiced the female guard that liked Iroh and treated him kindly when he was inprisoned.

John Winters

Steven Yeun played Avatar Wan! :)

Jacob Young

I know for a fact I watched this show but I don’t remember anything from it 😂😂 I’m having an absolute blast rewatching with yall… I’ll be on the lookout for the next two Korra vids 👀👀

C. J. Ramirez

Best 2 episodes and it didn’t involve the main storyline 😭🤣

Stefan

a lot of people thought that was a turtle easter egg in the end and so did you so funny

Pau1Gam3r!

YYYAAASSSSS😂

BRIDGECO

Once Korra is done thats our planned next animated series long term 🤣

Raymond Wynn

I wondered, did you notice the sequence in how Wong learned the elements? The same sequence in the avatar’s cycle going from fire air water and then earth
