JK Simmons does amazing, but every VA in this show is top notch. I really think this is the most underrated aspect of LoK as a whole. I mean, JK Simmons not withstanding, we have THE Mindy Sterling as Lin Beifong and Maria Bamford as Pema. And all the regulars give award worthy performances in my book

are y’all gonna continue Invincible? Season 3 just started

can’t wait!! my only request is that during the last batch of season 3 or right before season 4 you guys watch the Season 4 trailer for Legend of Korra, IIRC there was a few months without news on the next season and the trailer was so GOOD and got me hyped for the last season

I think the people that tend to not like the legend of Korra are typically people who go into it expecting it to be the same as avatar the last airbender. I went into it with an open mind that it was something different and its own thing and loved every season! So glad to see y’all are enjoying it too!

👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Flame-e-o sir, Flame- e-o 😌

When Cody said something in S1 about Korra being the last Avatar I was like 👀

Shado

Raava told Wan that if she was destroyed, she would grow inside Vaatu again until she reemerged. Jinora revealed Raava inside Vaatu, allowing Korra to release her.

shiyka

so excited for the season 3 reactions 🙌 definitely my favorite season with the BEST villain.

Matthew Gibson

Thank you! Can't wait for season 3!!!

It always surprises me, because when season 2 came out I pretty much though all the hate was the same crowd that had been hating on the show since the moment they saw concept art, now seeing read because of the past avatar wipe. But a lot of new people do seem to viscerally hate it too. I don't think I'll ever really get it myself. I love this season, I'd put it below s3&4 but above s1.

LOVED THE REACTION!!! Honestly the finale makes me tear up every time, so emotional, so raw and beautiful.

olxx

also im not joking when i say that Ive seen so many reaction channels watch this and at this point A LOT of them are hardcore hating Korra. Im happy you guy give her the recognition she deserves!

olxx

I would LOVE it if you guys could start season 3 next week. I PROMISE you will be hooked cause its not just peak avatar, but in my opinion, animation at its finest in terms of storytelling. The next season is so gritty that for me its actually why I overall enjoy Legend of Korra more than the original avatar

i dont get the hate season 2 gets.... its so mature and profound. Korra lost her connection of the past avatars... this isnt random or coincidence. 10000 years passed, korra was always meant to be the last avatar of this cycle, and she'll be the first of a new cycle. You can see in episode 11 when jinora is in the avatar statue room, that aang's statue was placed at the very end of the swirl near the center... symbolizing korra is to be the last avatar of this cycle. its a huge loss imo makes this season a great watch. Korra is still a reincarnation of her past lives, but she wont be able to talk to them anymore. People shit on korra and I dont get it....look at villain she was fighting... the villain that the very first avatar faught. huge shoes to fill and she did it.
