I also realized how Will managed to stay alive in the upside down in season one now we know Vecna was there and you need your favorite song to help keep you safe, he kept singing “Should I stay or should I go now” which he sang over and over

i remember when everyone watched this episode, a lot of people connected the fact that he was 001 or vecna, but no one EVER saw the henry twist coming, it was soooo mind boggling and insane experiencing that for the first time

Demogorgons are G’d up this season. Behind the scenes showed filming the scene with the Demogorgon and the prisoners and the Demogorgon is a guy in a green suit with a band secured around his forehead with a tennis ball on a spring hanging forward for placement of the meat flower 😂😂 Bridget getting emotional when El is sending 001 to the Upside Down was my exact reaction.

The best reveal in a show, period. How it all came together, perfection. The scene where she sent him to the Upside Down, I’ve rewatched this season so many times, I still get so many chills at that superhero landing by Eleven.

Amazing reaction guys! Hopper seeing Joyce for the first time, my reaction was the same as yours. David Harbour tried playing Hoppers reaction to seeing Joyce a couple of different ways, they filmed them running to each other and kissing but it felt too emotional, then they filmed this where Hopper is in a state of disbelief, that she’s really here, he holds her back from him to see if she’s real, then holds her and only accepts she’s there when he smiles at the end. They agreed that was the more authentic meeting. Steve wearing Eddie’s Dio vest is 👌🏻

Well like we knew he was weird. But for some reason in my mind I just felt like for some reason Vecna was going to just appear from the upside down to attack this lab/these children, then they really got me feeling like "oh no this dude seemed creepy but in reality he's the only one helping her" and I thought they were gonna make like a sad death happen for him and then 11 save everyone 😂😂 so far off.

i didnt say it out loud cause so much was happening and i had such a time processing everything in real time but the way they started with 001 and then basically Papa made others he wanted to control, it sounded to me like 2-11 were basically clones no? 001's DNA into these mothers who are then ripped from their children. That's kind of where my theory has been 😂 cant wait to finish these last 2 episodes this weekend!

I always get teary eyed when Joyce and Hopper reunite in the prison too. Like, SHE DID THAT. she went to the ends to the earth for him and him just seeing her there and realizing what she sacrificed….ugh, so sweet. 😭

Same. As soon as I saw Jamie Campbell Bower I knew that he was Vecna. The actor is really great at playing “ just about to explode in rage with a side a creepy “ type of characters! I also knew he was Vecna cuz of the eyes and body type. This reaction was fantastic!

I want to watch while i am off work. lmao SO, how did Eleven got powerful when Vecna got ahold of her? How did she escape from his power? Well, Eleven literally raised the dead, an accomplishment beyond anything Vecna has ever achieved, a power beyond even Dr. Brenner's wildest dreams. And it was only possible because she allowed her love to serve as the fuel for her powers. When Eleven realized how bad he was, she pulled the trauma from being bullied and abused, and the anger of being betrayed and losing the closest thing she had to friends. As a result, she proved even more powerful than ONE and opened a gateway to the Upside Down through him. THATS WHY Eleven had that flash back when she was first born and saw her mother for the first time. LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT! Love is stronger than HATE OR EVIL! THATS HOW COME WHEN SOMEONE MESS WITH THE PEOPLE SHE TRULY LOVE/CARE FOR, SHE GETS POWERFUL! LIKE SEASON 4 WHEN SHE HAD BILLY THE SAME WAY VECNA HAD HER when he was going to hurt MIKE !!!!

I loved this season as much or more than the previous but I ruined it to my self by guessing who Vecna was as soon as he appeared on screen (the replays on 11's first dive into Nina.). But there is so much more to like this season. Can't wait for your next reactions.
