I really can't stand Olly. I know that he had his parents taken from him, and that he hates the Wildlings for that, but the boy always has pure hatred in his eyes...Even when there are no Wildlings around. He never has sympathy or empathy for anyone. There were some really cool weapons in this Episode, but my favorite was the Scythe that scraped across The Wall and knocked everyone off in a very violent manner. The only problems with that weapon are that, it takes so long to pull back into position, so it can usually only be used once per Battle, and that, they have to wait until their enemies are in a very specific space on The Wall, before they let it go. Poor Jon Snow, lost his First Love, Ygritte...How sad...But, at least they are still going strong in real life. R.I.P. Ygritte, the Men of the Night's Watch that lost their lives, the Giant, the Mammoths, and any other animals that lost their lives. 😶‍🌫️🥶😭🤧😱🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️🏹💔💨🐺🫂🫶🖤🧊❄️🏔〽️⚓️🩸🦣😠😡😤🤬☠️💀

Then there's BOB and Hardhome, Spoils of War, North of The Wall, Winds of Winter, The Door. I know I'm mentioning episodes and battles but damn we were spoilt with this show, up until a certain point!!!!!!!!!!!🤬

TallTyrionLannister

You're the one who said it's WIDELY regarded as the best episode. But according to fans and critics (people's opinions...), it's not even in the top 10. You're entitled to your own opinion obviously, but other people's opinion differs from yours. So don't go spewing BS like this is widely considered the best, because it's not.

thebirdcatcher1

Damn dude I didn't realize you spent 12 years of your life determining every single person's opinion about every single episode. I mean, you must've to speak so confidently. My bad.

Melanie Vine

Winds of Winter? Mine too! 😱

Melanie Vine

No i think season 6 episode 10 "Winds of Winter" Thats the best episode of any show I've ever watched in my life!

Mobiggs

Hobb is the name of the cook. And he was using his hog-splitter which is just a massive cleaver. Pretty badass. Sam says he also makes a tasty venison stew with onions. Pretty sure he never fights in the books. But, I like the change here.

Amanda K

I also get weepy just like Bridgette watching this episode. Even in rewatches. It's just so epic that the emotions are too intense for me from start to finish.

Marcos Paulo

Hope you guys like my favorite episode which is the next one.

Marcos Paulo

The lil kid who shooted Ygritte was Olly, we don't love him, but we must remember she killed his father.

Laura Thornley

Blackwater is another great episode. The problem with The Watchers On The Wall is that its part of possibly the best season so doesn't stand out on its own - its all so great.

Laura Thornley

In The Pale Moonlight from Star Trek: Deep Space Nine is another contender. And Felina from Breaking Bad.

Robert L

My favorite episode is in season 6.

TallTyrionLannister

Although I love this episode, and it's one my favorites, this is not widely regarded as the best episode by critics or fans. It's not even in the top 10 on IMDb. It's in my top 10 though, maybe top 5. But in all my 12 years of being a GOT and ASOIAF fan, I've seen only a small minority say this is their #1 favorite.

thebirdcatcher1

Widely regarded as the best episode of GOT

Mauro

They should’ve stayed in the cave!🥲

Shawn

Yup...he popped Oberyn's head like a grape. This episode is fantastic though...huge battle.

gak9319

Ah now I understand, your still suffering from the belief that watching GOT we can have nice things😪 Well we can't😅

AlexandraInTX

Bridgette looked like she needed a weighted blanket, a puppy, and a joint this entire episode. 😂

ZitherManifesto

Yes, you can make that Argument.

Gunnar

5 minutes of Tormund and Jon next season and their minds are changes lmao(Mance and Tormund changed my mind abt them first time around)

Gunnar

This is one of my favorite war/battle episodes in the whole series. It’s perfect imo

Robert L

IMO this is one of the best episodes in history of TV.

Manuel Tenger

Im suprised with the lack of sympathy for the free folk here, guess it all changes if they go after Sam.. ;)

I❤️movies&tvshows

Great reaction! Really enjoyed it. With the books ending and the writers taking over there is a much faster pace to the show. And they have spent 4 seasons building the story and now they will focus more on moving forward in my opinion.

djburnette87

😍

BRIDGECO

loves the snails 😂 we just finished episode 2 ourselves, hoping to get episode 3 watched some time today as well

BERSERKER KING REVIEW'S

🤷🏻‍♂️will watch this later tonight. Watching the 3rd episode of one peace. Watched your reaction to the first episode after I watched the first both last night. As soon as I saw the snail phone making ringing noises. I new right away how Bridgette would react and I wasn’t disappointed 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
