Lythariel's Lore
Once a guardian sworn to the radiant halls of a forgotten order, Lythariel was a paragon of virtue—a paladin bound to the light. Yet, in the depths of a shattered crusade, she witnessed the fragility of pure radiance. Light alone could not cleanse the encroaching abyss. To stand against true darkness, Lythariel reached into its depths and returned reforged.
Her armor now mirrors the paradox she embodies: craggy black textures, like stone scorched by infernal flame, are gilded with golden crosses, dragons, and rays of light, symbolic of the light she still carries within. Her dragon shield, a relic tempered in both holy and infernal fires, bears the scars of countless battles, its golden etchings glinting as if alive. At her feet, a golden aura circles and smolders like molten resolve, grounding her presence as an immovable bulwark.
In combat, Lythariel strides forward as the first to meet the darkness, her claymore and shield held high. She is the wall between her allies and ruin, an unyielding force who draws the monster's rage to herself, her glowing sigils blazing brighter with each strike endured. Dragons and golden wings erupt in radiant arcs with her abilities, crashing like a hymn of war that binds both shadow and light to her cause.
Lythariel’s role within The Four Fates is clear—she is their shield, their tank, their unshakable vanguard. When chaos reigns, and the path forward seems lost, it is Lythariel who steps into the fray, clad in twilight’s gold, bearing the burden of battle so her allies may prevail.
