1 month reminder: Link your Patreon to the dashboard!

Hi everyone,
There's only one month left until we move to our new dashboard-based Streamcord Pro system, which will require that you link your Patreon account to the Dashboard.
If you've already linked your account, you'll be good to go. No further action is required to keep using your subscription.
However, if you haven't linked the account yet, please make sure you do so by June 1st! Instructions can be found below.
How to link your account:
1. Visit dash.streamcord.io/me
2. Under the orange Patreon section, click "Add account".
3. Authorize Streamcord to view your pledge information.
Remember these things:
- Partners and other non-Patrons will not have to take any additional action.
- Your existing subscriptions and Pro servers will automatically transfer over if you connected your Patreon during the 60-day grace period.
If you need help, please ask in the pro-support channel or DM me on Discord (Akira#1000).

i stopped using the service a year ago and forgot about the renew, i was charged today and wanted to know if i could get a refund asap please

My dashboard wont connect to anything or work. I really just want to cancel my pro at this point
