It'd be the white ash from a fire; ie the ash with the fewest contaminants / most fully burned. (complete combustion of fuel, indicative of a high heat fire, all carbons converted to carbon-oxides) The type of tree it came from wouldn't factor in for this, although the white ash tree is both native to North America and is a hot-burning hardwood that converts to white ash easily even in a campfire/bonfire set up.

Question: when you say "white ash" do you me the species of tree, or the remains of a campfire? Or both??

I highly suggest making a Wendigo cookbook for patrons. I remember youβre pretty good at cooking and I really enjoyed the cocktail episode, a Wendigo cookbook would be dope
