Dawn & Dusk Chapter 2 (Excerpt - Opening Scene)
🕑 Added 2024-05-01 00:22:58 +0000 UTCNaestra was not exactly surprised at the sight that greeted her when she returned to the hut. The dark-haired guardian of Ariel crossed her arms, a small smile tugging at her lips as she saw their human charge - young imperial spearman Lukas Reinhurst - naked in bed with Arahan. Her blond-haired sister was equally naked, her slender, athletic body snuggled up against the human’s muscular torso. In a rare moment for the more tempestuous of the two siblings, Arahan had a relaxed expression on her sleeping face, her leg intimately draped over his.
Seeing these two together filled her heart with satisfaction and joy rather than jealousy. Her sister’s apparent disdain for the injured human they were protecting had been a lot of toothless bluster. Naestra already knew this, given that she and Arahan really hid nothing from each other. But it was nice to see her finally admit to it herself. And to Lukas. The poor young man had seemed quite perturbed by Arahan’s volatile behavior up to that point, and Naestra could not exactly blame him. But seeing him curled up against her sister was after what had clearly been a round of blissful coitus put to bed any fears the young man had previously had of her.
She had to admit that she was impressed by the human’s stamina and apparent ability to keep up with Arahan’s voracious appetites. Unlike Naestra, Arahan surely wouldn’t have taken it easy on poor young Lukas. But not only had he seemingly survived a night with her sister, he also seemed to be in better shape than she currently was.
One of Arahan’s arms was draped limply off the side of the oak bed. The elf’s blond hair - usually well-groomed and flowing - now looked wild and unkempt from a night of rough mating. Her body and his were sweaty, and her slack form was sprawled across the bed. Her naked chest rose and fell as she slept alongside the red-haired human male. Between her open legs, a leakage of the human’s lifeseed was still dribbling out of her.
Naestra pondered this, tapping her chin. Her lovemaking with the young human man the prior day could very well bear fruit. And now that he’d spilled his seed in Arahan likewise, the same went for her. It seemed only right in some sense. The twin sisters shared everything and were privy to all of their innermost feelings, desires and goals. It was only fitting that if one of them were to be impregnated by the human, that the other sister follow suit. In hindsight, she supposed it was inevitable for Arahan to end up in her current state after Naestra had taken his virginity first.
If such a result came about, Naestra and Arahan would have to come up with some sort of explanation for Devlin and Cordal - their respective mates. They were both proud male Asrai, and the fact that the sisters had both fornicated with an imperial male would not go over with them. Even if their status as Ariel’s disciples gave them both quite a bit of leeway. This was a dilemma to deal with at a later time, however.
Naestra silently maneuvered herself closer to the bed. Lukas did not rouse in the slightest, his youthful face still turned toward the window of the hut, his mouth open and letting out a small snore as he slept. She smiled, finding him rather handsome the more she thought about it; his fiery red hair being quite an intriguing feature to her. And though she’d never admit it, she was sure Arahan deep down felt the same.
When she was within reach, Arahan shot up, grabbing her right arm and unsheathing one of her daggers. Naestra was unfazed, smiling even as her sister pointed a dagger at her. Despite how silently she had moved, it was unsurprising to her that her sister of all people would not be caught off guard, even by her.
“Sister,” Arahan muttered, blowing a stray blond strand of hair from in front of her face. “How did I know that you would be such a peeper?” She lowered her dagger.
Naestra crossed her arms, giving a wry smile. “You give yourself too much credit, Arahan. It is merely your turn to take the watch.”
Arahan rolled her eyes. “Make your excuses then…peeper.” She reached her arms up, stretching her nude body out unabashed. Naestra was unperturbed anyway; the two sisters had seen each other naked more times than they could count. And given that their hair color was virtually the only difference between their bodies, it may as well be that Naestra was looking at her very own pert breasts and pink nipples when looking at Arahan’s.
“I do find it rather amusing, Arahan,” Naestra said with a smirk, idly playing with her bowstring while cocking her head at her sister.
“What might that be?” Arahan said, hopping off the bed and twirling her dagger around, making practiced striking motions at an imaginary skaven or daemon. Any onlookers would’ve likely found the sight of the blond-haired she-elf practicing with her daggers while nude to be a rather amusing one, even if Arahan was still just as deadly without clothing. “That you are more of a perverted lecher than I am despite how serene you present yourself?”
Naestra shook her head, ignoring her sister’s toothless insults. “No. That you went from claiming to find our human guest repulsive to being quite content with having his seed dripping out of your sex.”
Arahan froze in mid-slash during one of her practiced motions. Though she tried to hide it, Naestra could see her sister’s cheeks turn crimson for just a moment. “Ridiculous,” Arahan snorted, shaking her head adamantly. “I needed to merely test the prowess of this whelp that you spent all of yesterday fawning over sickeningly. As expected, I came away very disappointed.”
Naestra chuckled. Her sister was masterful at a great many things - most of them related to combat. But she was a terrible liar. Transparently so, in fact.
“Is that so?” Naestra clucked coyly. She sat down on the bed, setting down her bow in the process. Arahan looked over at her curiously as her raven-haired twin got onto the bed where she had been lying just moments earlier, creeping up on the still sleeping, oblivious human.
“Well since he was such a disappointment…” Naestra said, licking her lips. Her hand delicately reached out and took hold of the sleeping human’s limp member. Her head lowered down between Lukas’ muscular legs, only pausing to look back up at her watching sister. “...then surely you will not mind if I indulge?”
Naestra’s raven head descended, her lips closing around the human’s cockhead. Lukas let out a masculine moan in his sleep.
