A little late to the conversation but I hope this helps. I read both and The Bet was by far your better story but I feel like both have some of the same flaws. In both stories the male lead, the man being cucked or NTR'd, is rather underwritten. This is more of an issue in Paradise rather than Bet though I feel similar feelings there. The endings of both are also rather abrupt and a little too short. I would've loved to have seen the "betrayal" in the Bet really sink in, maybe have Jake vent his anguish to Troy. Something like that. Trouble in Paradise had an interesting premise and I have a really strong kink for cuckold scenarios involving the cuck's father so this initially had me really excited. However I found the story both rushed and needed some breathing room once the affair had started, the twist that the boyfriend was cheating was rather sudden and I didn't feel as if the female protagonist got the time she should've to take it in before deciding to fuck the father. Still enjoyed it though.

Didn't like the inconsistent model in The Bet, but the premise was excellent. The premise of TiP wasn't really for me, and the model was just okay. I did enjoy both though.
