Ingo taking his wife and child and leaving ancient Hisui with the triplets staying behind has been the idea since I started chapter 2, but I'm curious if you think I should have done different. Here are some alternate options I had in mind but didn't see the light of day.

I think the ending is good as is. I feel its more left to interpterion of what happens next (tho seeing the brothers actually getting to unite would be sweet but probably not necessary ). The triplets are also all adults and seeming to be living their own lives now so its not like they are being abandoned. Not only that but with the page of them seeing the vortex shows that they know whats going on and they are going to be ok. So all in all, pretty solid ending imo.

That said, I wouldn't mind seeing a short comic (maybe 5-10 pages) in the future showing how life is going for the triplets (I imagine Icarus becomes the new ride mon. Nimba would probably drop someone that pisses her off xD ) and for Ingo's family, both new and old.

I'm good with the ending. Ingo going without his girls or Emmet coming over would've been the worst outcomes imo.
