The N3 Protocol is a hidden protocol added to the Cyber team during their routine patch Fridays. The payload activates every November, disabling all sexual protocols and mechanisms for their extra modules and adding a shield over their crotches to prevent manual overrides.
Mastodon is one of the more sensitive members to the protocol and will become docile and tame whenever the protocol was active, so much so his comrades took advantage of his to have some fun time with him.
