Paused billing cycle for January

This is because I feel like I haven't been posting enough content to warrant payment stuff and I'm kind of taking a hiatus from art stuff since I've been in a bit of a slump for a good while.
I plan on making a bunch more art throughout 2020.
Hopefully I can make up for the content drought that happened throughout 2019 and have a bunch of stuff done in January,
