Here are some pictures from the beginning stages of the Cowtastic game.

The beginning of the development process involved learning new techniques and mechanics from Unity to make the Lacto Escape game better. At that time, Cookie Clicker and the Barista meme were popular, so we thought, "Why not combine the two?". So we discussed ways to achieve something fun and then remembered a game called "Your Own (Living) Cow Girl!" on DeviantArt, which we played again.
That was the moment when we were sure we wanted to make a game that combined all these ideas. The bar setting was a fitting theme for a cowgirl, and we had a reason to sell something to customers. This idea developed further into the game you know today as Cowtastic Cafe.
Here, I would like to show you the first pictures we have from that time. Nuanshan created some sketches, and then we began working on the first tryouts for the mechanics. The barista was just a picture in the game at that point, but it was great to see how well it fit in with the sizes and how people could interact with it.
