It's designed to be flipped open and mentions it in the manual....it's just a difficult move to perform in the compact area the camera is focused on.

I noticed you only did the flick to open that one time to demonstrate. How sturdy does the hinge construction feel? Do you feel it would be likely to shear or weaken if done repeatedly?

The muppets are always hard work, what with their demands for a luxury trailer, catering, personal assistants etc. However the transporter effect was a quick fudge job...a cheap cheat using an iPhone app. Turned out surprisingly well, considering.

Another great production. The puppetry and adding the character voice-over and the 'special effects' bit at the end must have taken longer than doing the rest of the video!
