Ah, I'd forgotten about the time machine. I've just gone back and looked at one of your earlier vids and spotted the sony screen nestling in between the other parts of the machine. Very inventive I must say!

I picked that Watchman up a couple of years ago for use in videos...but the only other appearance so far is as part of the time machine.

The main problem with the Sony is that it came out before the tech was ready. It has an annoying lag when responding to any button presses, it runs really hot and there's just too many settings and menus for the screen to display properly. Sony's latest non-4k action camera has a new menu system, so I can see they realised this needed updating too. I can anticipate them bringing out a new 4K cam with this new screen and the same chips as the Yi. However it still wouldn't have a colour viewfinder without a complete re-design of the shape.

Another excellent video. I really don't need a 4K action camera, but your skill in presenting makes it fascinating anyway! Loved the Muppet bit as usual. I'm afraid to say that I bought one of those Sony portable black-and-white TVs also. Luckily my wife has forgotten that particular purchase as it only got used a handful of times.

Thank you for giving some of your experiences with the Sony 4K. Sounds like the Yi would be a better way to go. Again an awesome video on video. ;-)
