Of Course You Chose the Horse

It's difficult to tell when each new door and turn of a corner lead to a new setting, one minute a grim cellar, the next a fairytale forest, and the next.... well, now it looks like a dusty open field with a sprawling ranch. She stands on the only road in sight, and it leads right into the ranch with a big sign out front that reads:
Half Horsing Around

Trespassers Welcome!
Sammy checks behind her. Yeah, just like she thought, the door disappeared again, and the ranch is the only thing in sight other than dirt, more dirt and the mountains in the distance, which are just big piles of dirt. "I hate dirt," Sammy sighs to herself. I've never seen a centaur before, she thinks, are they even real?
As she bounces up the dirt road, she spots her first centaur, much taller than she expected with large, exposed breasts, wearing some kind of training gear. Riding upon that beautiful creature, Sammy sees a sun kissed cowgirl.
Sammy's eyes move up from the rider's fit body, barely contained by her tiny overalls, to her smirking face. The lady tips her hat, "Howdy." She winks and smiles, all charm. "You must be the new farm hand. You’re gorgeous. You'll fit right in once we run you through the muck a few times. I hope you don't mind getting dirty."
Confused, but mesmerized, eager to please, Sammy blurts out, "I'm dirty - I mean , I love dirt - I mean, I'm ready. " She lets out a nervous laugh. Boss lady just smiles and stares at her. Breaking the silence before it becomes too awkward, Sammy asks, "Where can I start?"
"Well I certainly have too much on my plate here. I'll let you choose. If you want some bitch work, you can see if they need any help around the house. If you really do like dirt, you can check on the pigs for me. You can go take care of the cows over in the shed, but you might be a little too green for that. You'll have your hands way too full in there. The chickens need feeding. The stables need mucking. If you're feeling generous, you can go help another new farm hand working in that field, yonder," she squints against the sun and points. "I suppose if you need more hands-on training, you can follow me if you can keep up. I'm pretty busy though." She squeezes her heels gently into the sides of her mount and begins to ride away. Calling to Sammy over her shoulder she says, "Just pick something that needs doing, and get to it."
