Kara-Tur Hordelands - Set 9
🕑 Added 2024-10-01 00:21:02 +0000 UTC
Greetings adventurer, and welcome back to the final maps of the hordelands!
In these maps, we have the closely-guarded quarries of the tribesmen! As these lands are sparse in minerals, what quarries they have are fiercely protected, perched as they are over precarious vermillion cliffs.
The quarry itself is part repurposed ruins, as true of many parts of this land. The rest is ad-hoc plankwork and rickety winches, spoils of war with nations greater but less prepared than these tribes.
On them hangs the many red chippings of these mountains, source of the many paints and curses that then fan out across the region:
And finally, in a two-part map is a travelling caravan, magicked for convenience and transportation! There's much that could be learned from an owner of such a home...
This map also comes in a plains version, for small encounters!
And that's all for this set, friends! When next we meet we meet in the darkling alleys of Bazzoxan, shadowed by spires numerous and forbidding. We will speak over the dimming glare of twice-used wicks, where the brightest glint will be from iron and despair!
Until then, adventurers - onwards!
