Radiant Citadel Set 8
🕑 Added 2023-06-01 04:31:27 +0000 UTCGreetings adventurers!
In this part of the update we've got some of the more abstract maps of this series, starting with the dragonbone bridge, or the Skybridge that spans one of the ways out of the citadel. Since we've done a few stone-and-bone bridges for the dwarven themes before, we thought we'd go with an organic one this time, with a bridge made of suspended calcified matter that floats suspended over the realm.
There's two versions of this bridge! One includes only the spine and is a flatter, more walkable version of the map made of perhaps a quite indeterminate animal:
The other has a much more dramatic structure to it, and you'll be crossing the twisting back of one very large, very spinous dragon:
The variations include both the standard day/night and two choices of ethereal clouds to traverse:
To round off this set is also the Keening Gloom, a mountaintop map made for your summoning needs. This one has plenty of variations, so you can open anything from a calm portal to a hair-raisingly evil vortex, and even one where hints of your garden variety BBEG pokes through the gloom for a hallowed hallo:
And that's all for this set! Stay with us for the next, where we round things up with some interiors and a monastery!
