Magical Forest Set 6
🕑 Added 2022-02-28 17:58:37 +0000 UTCWelcome back adventurers!
In this last set, we’ve got the third part of the puzzle for this forest, including an altar and the thrones of the small lords that once walked amongst these trees.
Perhaps they will lead your party to the ruins from the previous set, if you’ve managed to bring them the right sacrifice!
First up is a cliff-side area that overlooks the twisted paths deeper into the forest, a perfect place for ambushes:
Right below it is an altar, some old offerings, and a set of empty thrones. In the foggy variant, a blood splatter on one of them hints that only two of these beings remain in the woods:
And finally, to the south, strange trees straighter and whiter than any from this part of the forest marks out a clearing. Between this and stumps to the west, your party might find a way out of these odd trees yet.
In the foggy variant, some bloodied prints may have marked someone's escape into another realm:
And that’s all for this set, adventurers!
Next month we’re back to more specific forest maps again: places with enchanted swords, the odd magical lake, and the necessary stranger’s cottage one naturally encounters in these dark places. We’ll also be adding more variation to the actual trees itself, with white woods and mushroom paths instead of plain ol’ summer greens.
We will see you deeper in the woods! Until then!

Hi! I'm in the $1 tier and trying to piece together the map set for an upcoming session and am I correct that the $1 tier only includes a few high resolution pieces of this map and not the entire set? Because there are pieces that are missing, and no full map included in the download links. I greyed out the areas that are only available as low-res webp files, and are not included in the $1 tier download links. Just wanna be sure this wasn't an error on the part of whomever uploads? https://i.imgur.com/bUJ5hCD.jpg
