No one sells an African Grey for $600. They usually cost thousands of dollars and are in high demand.

Very inspiring! I got scammed out of a beautiful African Grey male by $600. When it was time for him to come to me, she told me I had to rent this $1000 crate to be transported in by Fed Ex International but was refundable. When I told her I did not have that kind of money and I was calling Fed Ex to see about what else can be done, she said it was a new policy that just started in GA bcuz of heat. Made sense but I said I would have to wait until next month to do it. I kept having bad dreams about it and started reading back some of the messages and were not proper English language. When I said I needed her address and make the drive to pick him up, she said, why you no trust me. She blocked me, deleted the profile and disappeared from the group. I am on disability and only get paid once a month so that was a lot of money and heart ache. I am now too scared to even search adopting a bird available for rehoming. It does not have to be an AG, its what she suggested and my heartstring were really played. I am so happy to see Marabou doing so well now at home!

Thanks!

Audio can do both! In the cage/aviary works well because he has freedom and clearer body language to just step off the bars rather than have to walk down a perch away from me. (Or if he’s overstimulated, I’m way less likely to take a bite this way) The nails are easier to access on the bars when he’s on the side of the aviary too!

It's so fun to see all you and her are figuring out. I love the way you are getting her used to nail clipping while she's in the cage. When you clip Audio's nails, is he out of the cage or do you have him in the cage too?
