Ava Update (Pre-Surgery)
🕑 Added 2024-05-08 15:00:07 +0000 UTCThis is an update video from Ava's first flight trip with Claude as her mom back in January. This trip was in California and so it was much easier for Claude to attend being in her state. At this time, Claude was doing a ton of dietary changes to prep Ava for surgery which included absolutely no nuts or seeds in her diet and bringing her weight up. This was instructions from her vet specific for this type of surgery and therefore Claude had a very hard time motivating Ava to work for pellets (wah wah) but still wanted her to enjoy getting out a bit. I thought it would be important for you all to see Ava pre-surgery like this so that when you see her update from this latest trip which is pretty far post-surgery, the difference will be paramount.
On a side note, are these two not just the perfect fit?!

In case you didn't know I love Ava so much!!!!💙💛 Claude was super sweet about letting me meet her. And it was it was so funny on the April trip I was playing with Bondi and I look up and there is Ava ready to land on me. Claude was yelling its ok to catch her. Then she yells oh yay it's Wendy!! It couldn't have been better! Claude can I at least be aunt Wendy??🥹😂
