Thanks for the heads up! They won't even consider looking at any other issues without the transmission being addressed first - not sure why.

Yep. It causes problems with the electrical. Out 1 year old camper is in now getting the 4 th new one. Make sure you ask them to check/ replace it. That could be some of the problems with the batteries.

It has a touch screen sort of thing when you first walk in on the left, and that controls the lights and hot water stuff and heat. Is that what you're referring to?

Does the van have the computer pad control panel? Just wondering because we are on our 4th one in our camper. Lots of problems with those.

Im tired just watching this, but also jealous. Im so sorry to hear about your van situtation. Very disappointing and stressful, but I love how you and your family were able to reboot and move on with a different plan. Thank you for sharing the part about having a little meltdown at first, just so I know you're human. LOL Moving on with a different plan is a great example of determination and resiliance, something I think we all need to strive for in our lives. Thanks for sharing. I cant wait to hear about the rest of the trip!!
