We've always honored those who have emailed in and asked to order freeze dried food, it's not a scheme - I've been very transparent about what we've gone through as a company with this freeze dried food endeavor from the initial financial commitment of the machines to the flood at the warehouse on those machines, to the need of a new warehouse, to getting our first loan and industrial machine... the bottom line is we have not had the ability to make enough of this stuff to keep a public inventory. That's why we have chosen to accommodate select tiers because its been an amount we can keep up with and a community of people who understand what it's taking to produce this on the small scale we can currently handle. I wish we could service the public but we aren't there yet and without knowing when we will be, this is the only consistent way we can offer it without letting this set of people down by running out. If we can produce more that Rocko/Morgan patrons aren't buying up then the rest of our tiers will of course be the first to have access. We just started production with our new machine last month and its been a huge learning curve so we're learning as we go.

I’ve been a Petreon supporter on the $10.00 level and was excited to learn that your freeze dried food was now available. When I clicked the link to learn more I learned it was only available if you upgraded to at least the $35.00 level. While I Always found your site and videos educational I perceive this particular scheme to increase your revenue more than “Saving one bird at a time”. Instead of listing the food as “Sold Out” you should list it as “$35.00 Membership Required.

Correct, it’s always in stock for my Rocko and Morgan tiers and they have their own login to order it anytime in any quantity. 🦜

Freeze dried food not available on your Birdtricks.com site, "Sold Out." Correct me if I am wrong but according to your listing on this site you need to upgrade to a $35.00 membership to get access to the Freeze-Dried food.
