Hello Krystelle - my name's Ashlyn and I am a team member here at BirdTricks. I just tried on my end to see what may be the problem, but I can't seem to replicate the problem (it is accepting the code at checkout for me), and we have had a few orders go through today using the code. Here would be a couple of things that I can think of that may be causing it not work for you and the solutions for them. If none of these things work, please email me at info@birdtricks.com with a screenshot of what you are seeing at checkout, and we'll figure out how to get your cart working :) 1) Are you purchasing just the "test product" or are you also trying to purchase other products? If you are trying to purchase another product, specifically one that is on a subscription, the cart won't accept the code as the subscriptions are already discounted and our system only accepts 1 discount code per order. I would try checking out with just the test product (SFS) in your cart and use the code at checkout then. 2) Are you on a commonly used browser? Chrome is what we are optimized for, but most browsers still work ok. Sometimes Firefox can give us problems, but if you have another browser to try I would recommend trying that.
