"Thank you everyone for your support and excitement regarding our Fall/Winter freeze dried seasonal feeding system. We were SO excited to launch this to everyone last week, but had to place some restrictions on quantity due to limited manufacturing resources. Unfortunately, it seems like we underestimated how many people wanted to get their hands on this, and our 100 bags for the week sold out in under 60 seconds this morning. Based on dozens of emails and messages we have received, we realize that this was quite upsetting to a lot of people and the absolute LAST thing we want to do is upset everyone. So, we decided that, for now, we will be pulling the freeze dried products until we are able to produce them at a higher quantity. Hopefully this will be sooner rather than later, but we will keep everyone up to date as much as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding - we hope we will be able to relaunch this product at full force soon!"
