We recommend overnight so that all the ingredients are properly rehydrated but the veggies are ready immediately as soon as you add water. It's the beans and grains that take longer. The beans and grains are pre-cooked so they aren't harmful or anything but it may not be the texture your bird prefers is all.

Great job Capri π β€οΈ Jamie, how long should the freeze dried soak before feeding it to your birds? I soak it overnight but noticed Capri soaked and fed right away.
