Before we had the trailer I kept my macaws on the shower rod in the bathroom of hotels and cleaned up after them so there was no proof they were there. We got away with it. But they were not screamers and were usually looking forward to going straight to sleep.

What would you recommend regarding getting permission to take your Goffin cockatoo to hotels for road trips? My friend Allie who owns Toby the cockatoo on insta moved from NJ to Florida, and Toby was miraculously quiet in the hotel... But Cheeky gets loud in her travel cage en route to the vet. If she got going in a hotel it would be catastrophic! I realize you guys probably keep the birds in the trailer outside, and freeflier's birds get exhausted and sleep in the hotel. But if the bird is demonic and not tired cause it doesn't freefly? What then for these recommended road trips? 🤔😂🤦‍♀️
