@ Wendy Cottingham, I forgot about that! Thanks for reminding me. I read your msg last night so I grated some carrots using a cheese grater this morning! The good thing about grated carrots is the chia seeds sticks to it. We got success with one of the two eating on it (Willow)! 🥰 Hopefully it’s not a fluke! Ash is more picky but also more food motivated. He loves his seeds... and broccoli, lol.

This made me laugh. If my Fred's beak had that much food on it he would shake his head and it would then be all over me and the walls. 🤣 BTW, I'm really looking forward to this course. 😃

Have you tried grated carrots? My birds are weird about carrots also even when they are cooked but if I grate them they will eat them. Birds are so funny about what they can be picky about!!

Now that is a messy beak! Can’t wait for this course especially the diet portion. I’m struggling getting my newly adopted rescue cockatiels to eat more veggies. They really love broccoli and I think kale. I try to put different veggies in for them to try and they just ignore it 😭. My biggest diet goal is to find an orange/yellow/red veggie they like. I put chopped carrots everyday but it’s a nope so far. Also tried red chilies.
