May I just ask where you get your top right icons from (in the title bar). I would like to add a restore icon with a converter which switches between the icons restore and maximize depending on the window state, i.e. if the window is maximized, the restore icon should be visible, if not the maximize icon should be visible. I want a restore icon from the same source as the others so it doesn't differ in how it looks.
