Holley Dash Hotfix

Dash was incompatible with cars that had disabled thermals.
Implemented code that defaults the thermals when it encounters one of these vehicles as to keep the rest of the dash working.
Data will default to 180 for the temps and 65 for the oil pressure in these scenarios.
