Chakra Yoga Class, Earth to Sky Elements Practice at Sunrise Circle Amphitheater (30min)
🕑 Added 2022-04-20 01:16:10 +0000 UTCWelcome to the top of Flagstaff Mountain in Boulder, Colorado. Im teaching this yoga class in the Sunrise Circle Amphitheater on a beautiful April afternoon. This 30min yoga practice is conscious of the energy flowing vertically through the chakra system, connecting earth and sky. You are the magic in the middle, the one experiencing all the elements in your body. This practice is simple and yet intense. I had a more advanced yoga practitioner in mind as I was teaching. That said, you are welcome to follow along regarding of your body type or level of experience. You can take brakes and modify the poses to make them feel best in your body.
