Yoga Poses That Balance the Root Chakra (30min)
🕑 Added 2022-03-23 18:11:59 +0000 UTCIt's snowing outside and per usual, I'm in my bikini doing yoga in my heated studio. At the beginning of this video I also explain one of the reasons I'm always doing yoga in my bikini....it's not just because it's gorgeous to look at...there are other benefits too. ;) I highly recommend practicing yoga in as little clothing as possible.
This yoga class will teach you some poses to improve hip flexibility, release stress and give you a sense of grounding. The root chakra is at the base of the spine and extends into the lower part of our body including muscles associated with fight/flight and feeling stability in life, capable of facing whatever comes our way.
If you're new to the concept of chakras, let me know and I'll post some more videos for you about how energy works in the human body. Let me know if you try this class, if it helps send a little tip, and if it brings up any questions, I'm happy to answer and explain more in a follow up video.

I agree with practicing yoga in as little clothing as possible. Do you ever do nude yoga?
