Gentle Yoga Class for Comfy Womfy Relaxation with Strap (40min)
🕑 Added 2022-03-03 21:29:26 +0000 UTCThis is a simple and gentle yoga class suitable for most levels of experience & body types. It's perfect for the end of a long day or anytime you want to chill out, relax and feel lighter. This class does use a strap but you can totally use any material that's long enough to reach down your leg and go around your foot -- a towel, piece of clothing, a sheet will work too. Practicing yoga in comfy clothes can help you tune into a more mellow vibe. :)
