Ya'll need to double up on the amount of overlord episodes you watch. Im excited to see your season 3 reaction. Also, be sure to watch the movies, or else season 3 and 4 might seem a little confusion, the movies will fill in the gaps.

Season 2 is easing you into the 'main theme' of Overlord. Season 3 is when anime finally 'reveals' what the story is even about . That's also when a lot of people got upset. Can't wait to see how you guys will react to that episode.
