Ozzy had a habit of dousing the crowds with water or cooling foams. It was both to hype the crowd and cool some of them off. It was both for fun and keeping the crowds excited.

Ozzy was always one to look for those of talent. Those who were somewhat noticed amd elevate them. Post was elevated in popularity becauss Ozzy sponsored one of his concerts wirh a couple other artists and set Post into the spotlight. Even Yungblood the new upcoming rocker from britain is being dubbed the new Prince of Darkness due to him styling his concerts after Ozzy...just not as wild Ozzy was always one to stroke the flames of creativity and loved to see talent grow and shine. If a singer showed promise he was always there to fam the fire.

So in Ordinary Man. It SHOWS EVERYRHING. The issue as to why he declined so quickly is because of the 4wheeler crashing onto his back and breaking it.
