There have been no movements that might point to anything malicious. Hell, even their voting has been in favour of the laws that are beneficial to our country at large. So, there is no way to charge them for a crime, since it’s non-existent right now.”
Hermione looked at him.
“Non-existent right now. Nobody’s seen the future.”
Harry nodded.
“Murdering them will make us like them, Hermione. We don’t want that. We may manipulate things in our favour, and I have no qualms about that, but we cannot fall into extremism. Always remember that.”

“You want me to come up with some plan, don’t you?”
